2. East China ports to Sihanoukville: applicable to container transportation from Shanghai, Ningbo, and other places to Sihanoukville, PSS will be collected from December 6, 2024.
3. China to New Zealand and surrounding areas: covering New Zealand, Fiji, and other places, and additional fees will also be launched on December 1, 2024.
4. Far East to Australia and its nearby islands: including multiple departure points such as China, Japan, and South Korea, and destinations are Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands. Among them, the effective date for mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Mongolia is December 1, 2024; Taiwan will be implemented later, on December 15 of the same year.
